Members of the Board
The Board of Directors is responsible for the management and oversight of all affairs of the Island Creek Community Association. The Board is also responsible for appointing a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, to carry out duties specified in the Association By-Laws. The President and Vice-President must be a member of the Board, but the Secretary and Treasurer need not be.Members are elected to the Board of Directors in staggered terms, 2 or 3 at a time, at an annual meeting of the Island Creek Community Association.
