Communications Committee

Members

The Communications Committee gathers and writes articles on community events and issues as well as informational articles that are of interest to the community. These articles appear in the community newsletter the Island Creek Informer. The Informer is published six times a year - January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, November/December - and mailed to Island Creek Residents. The committee also manages and updates the Island Creek community website.

Volunteers are needed to research and monitor county and state web pages for information of interest to the community and to write articles for the newsletter. Volunteers are also needed to monitor and update the community web site at www.islandcreek.org.
