Land Use Committee

Members

The Land Use Committee represents the community on land use, planning and zoning issues. The Committee attends the Lee District Land Use meetings as scheduled and one member of the committee votes, as does each community in Fairfax County, on land use proposals that are brought before the district committee.

The committee advises the Board and the community on matters that have been brought up at these district meetings. The committee members also attend Planning Commission meetings and have spoken for and against issues that affect the community. The committee keeps in contact with the Lee District Land Use Chair, our Planning Commission, our Supervisor and any other officials that are involved in Land Use matters.
