2009 Pool Registration Procedures
In order to utilize the pool this season, please complete and mail the enclosed Pool Registration Form. If you do not intend to pick up your pool passes at the clubhouse prior to pool opening or on the two nights that the badges will be distributed, you may pick them up from the lifeguards at the pool after the season begins.
Again, this year the Island Creek Community Association will use small badges instead of passes. The badges have all the information that is needed for you to be admitted to the pool and can be clipped to your bathing suit, towel, or pool bag. The manufacturer of the badges has had previous experience in the dry cleaning business, and states that the badges do not put holes in clothing; they simply move the clothing threads aside.
A new 2009 ten (10) punch guest pass will be issued to all residents.
Please keep the following items in mind:
- Access will not be granted to any person without a valid pool badge.
- No household will be issued pool badges and/or privileges may be suspended if the homeowner account is past due. This must be resolved through management no later than May 19, 2009 in order to receive badges by opening day.
- Pool badges and guest passes from previous years should be thrown away, as new ones will be issued.
Every household child seventeen (17) years and younger must be listed on the Pool Registration Form. Badges will only be issued to children over the age of six (6).
If you as a homeowner wish to transfer your privileges to your lessee, complete the homeowner transfer portion, and then forward this packet to your lessee as soon as possible. After the lessee has completed their portion, the application should be mailed to:
Island Creek Community Association
7550 Thomas Grant Drive
